Vintage Art Deco style Mantle Chiming Clock for restoration

Condition: Please read detailed description for condition report. Selling as non-working for a clock expert to service/ restore or repair as required. Vintage Art Deco style   Mantle Chiming Clock  includes pendulum and key for restoration Size (approx.): 29cm wide (across bottom), 22.8cm tall, 14.5cm deep (at feet) Condition: Wood worn in places, especially on the  edges and has dust spots on the top. The wooden block side pieces are a little loose and need re-gluing for a tighter fit.Face is very scratched, and looks as though the number 5 has been re-painted.Glass cover intact and secures, when pressed firmly.Metalwork is dull in colour and tarnished in places (particularly on the Art Deco type metal decoration on the front corners).Back door hinge is a little stiff and although the back door closes, it springs open fairly soon after closing.The latch is present but doesn't secure.Metalwork inside is tarnished and ideally needs rubbing down to remove.It has a sliding lever which is supposed to stop the chimes when in downward position. I've not tested as the clock doesn't chime consistently It didn't have a key but I had added one from my collection of spares.None of my keys from my skeleton key set work, so it is an unusual size.I will include this old one that just about fits.The left most hole won't turn at all, but the other 2 turn, if a little stiffly. Started pendulum but stopped shortly after.Gentle moved hands around, it clicked at the  3,6,9 marks but nothing else happenedAt 12, it slowly attempted to chime and then strike Selling as non-working for a clock expert to service/ restore or repair as required.
