A wonderful old gap bed treadle lathe. 6” from the spindle to the gap base. About 30” or more long. On its own stand with treadle and 3 speed flywheel. Back gear. Believed full set of change wheels. 3 jaw chuck. 4 jaw chuck. Faceplate. Drive plate. All believed original to the machine. Heavy. But not too heavy. Can be disassembled and will go in any car. Set of cutters and other bits with it as shown. I have a wall mounted line shaft that has the appropriate complementary pulleys that is included and a motor. But you would have to arrange it to suit your situation or use the treadle. The headstock bearing is a tapered split brass bush that is adjustable and can have no play. It looks wonderful. But it is not new. So expect wear and tear. You are welcome to try it. Based I’m Manchester M19. Collection only.
