Kawasaki KR-1S Track Bike 1990 Barn find With v5. No reserve!

Condition: For parts, not working. Kawasaki KR-1S track bike for auction with £0 starting bid and no reserve! I bought the bike about 15 years ago as a complete (and running), ready to race track bike, with the intention of making it road legal again. At the time it had just had a complete top end rebuild (I was told). But, having never had the time (and 4 house moves later), I've decided to bite the bullet and put it up for auction. The engine is complete (including Keihin flat slide carbs), and turns over with good compression. It ran perfectly before it was dismantled. The pipes are not original, they're "slip-ons" and were custom made for the track. Also included is an engine work stand. The front end is from a ZXR 400, but the full original set of forks etc... are included in the sale, as seen in the photos. The bodywork has a couple of cracks/splits (as shown in photos), but is all there. The wiring loom is complete, including the power valves servo etc. The tank is in good condition with no dents, but like the bodywork, would need a respray. As it was a track bike, there are parts missing. For example; lights, speedo, indicators etc... also, I can't seem to find the rear shock and linkage. There may also be some other bits missing (nuts and bolts etc...), so please study the photos carefully as this is what you are bidding on! At the very least this is a great bundle of very rare spare parts, but could be restored back to it's former glory by someone who has the time!
