Vintage ALDO LONDI Mid-Century Modern BITOSSI Pottery Blue PENGUIN - Repaired. Condition is "used." Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This penguin is in good condition; while the beak has been repaired, there is no other damage; no cracks, chips, or major breakage. The figure may have some very superficial scratches or minor wear consistent with age or use. Quick disclaimer: it is handmade, so do be aware you might find there is some "unique charm" to it as compared to other similar examples. It is sized at approximately 6.75" tall and 4.5" wide. Please find any flaws listed below:There are a couple minor glaze skips, but nothing all that unusual for Bitossi pottery. The beak was broken at some point and repaired; the glue is obvious, unfortunately. I do think the repair could be redone and improved, but that is at the buyer's discretion. Please ensure this damage/repair is acceptable to you before purchasing, and make sure to examine all photos.As always, if you have concerns about anything and would like to see a more detailed image, I encourage you to ask for more photos.
