Antique Wooden Twin Pedestal Small Writing Home Office Desk 9 Drawers A reproduction pedestal desk in a mahogany-effect veneer / laminate, arranged with three drawers across the top and a single over a deep double drawer to each pedestal, both sides made to appear as three drawers. The desk separates into three parts for transport and remains structurally sound, though showing heavy cosmetic wear and previous damage. One pedestal appears to be from a different desk, with both having trim to the right-hand side where normally only one would face outward, giving a slightly mismatched appearance (although not overly noticable). Despite the wear and faults, it is a usable piece of furniture but sold very much as a restoration project. Height: 760mmWidth: 1060mmDepth: 510mmKnee Hole: 595mm wide x 400mm high. Structurally usable but generally very poor, made in mahogany-effect veneer with heavy surface wear throughout, numerous scratches, chips, scuffs and veneer losses, large areas of trim loss, locks cut with no keys, pedestals mismatched with both showing trim to the right-hand side, and overall in really rough, battered condition; sold strictly as a restoration project or functional desk as it stands.
