You are looking at an AIWA AD-3200k vintage Hi-Fi cassette tape deck SPARES or REPAIRS.   Japanese manufactured Hi-Fi cassette tape deck from Aiwa. This model was sold during 1981.   This example has had brand new belts however I was not given more time to fix the current issue with.
